15th March (mon): went to yishun with baby to meet enghan. had our lunch dere & den bought some candies up to baby's aunt's house. finally saw joanne's 2 sons & 1 daughter. 3 of them are so adorable, never stop smiling.

8th March (mon): cabbed down to admiralty to rebond my hair. not bcos of my company's annual function, jus wanted to do it long time ago & finally i got the time to do so. evening time serene came to fetch me & we joined e other colleagues after that. it was raining heavily thus i booked a cab & brought e china staffs to Marriott hotel while Serene drove e rest to e destination.

the place was beautiful, food looks delicious. everyone was so well dressed & we realized sth: actually our staffs all have good sense of fashion. everyday we are required to wear our uniform, long jeans & covered shoes so we look so simple & plain. but today was so different, everybody look like superstars! wow! the best dressed was our boss, after so many years we never seen boss style his hair, wear smart clothes & leather shoes. he look so great today!

1st March 2010 (monday): actually going to my uncle's hse to pray but couldn't wake up, probably bcos im too exhausted. thus during afternoon time, me & baby went to hougang for lunch & den cabbed down to oc to find his godparents. bro was dere already, awaiting to extend his biomech tattoo. e artist was good, drew free hand & the design was really attractive.

while he put, we accompanied jean to guess to buy her fav guess handbag. some things cropped up, she was so upset. seeing her like that make us feel heartbroken too. she's not like e usual jean, e cheerful & always smiling lady. we went to cineleisure to get our screen protectors changed. baby bought a casing for his phone. den baby ask me to buy my famous amos cookies. passed some things to my colleagues too.

had dinner at mos burger since there are nth to eat dere. chatted with jean & we tried to make her less down, but she's thinkin of her problems. she also tok to baby abt some crucial things, i hope everyone's problems can be solve. god bless everyone (:

16th feb 大年初三: was awake by children's voices & i tot i was dreaming. but i were wrong. kai kai & michelle was right outside my door, trying their very best to wake me up. & i realized i better go wash up & bathe if not the visitors would be seeing my messy look, so pai seh. kai kai & his family came. missed these siblings so much.

last time when i wake up i always get to see them bcos my mum is baby-sitting them. now they no longer come here anymore bcos they've grew up abit so im overjoyed when they're here. hee. these 2 small kids are really intelligent, their english are so fluent even though they're so young, thinkin of me at that age is 一个天一个地.

took many pics of them bcos they're so adorable! soon after they leave, xander & his family came. xander's e one my mum is looking after right now. his elder bro xavier is so out-going, got really close with us after a short period of time, that's good (: baby den came & we had an early lunch b4 going out. gave xavier a mushroom keychain & i told him it will grow if he feeds him food & water. he tot it's real, i hope he wasn't sad when e mushroom is still of e same size after months.

den bro, baby & i cabbed down to cine for a game of pool and baby got some korean items from e shop at b1. while i bought eye-liner (: den we proceeded to orchard central to find baby's godparents' shop. me & brother wana put tattoo. bro wants to extend his biomech & i want to put one at my leg. it's been my wish for so many years but putting on leg is not like putting on back bcos back will definitely be covered when u wear clothings.

15th feb 大年初二: woke up in e mrning & hastily get prepared. this day of every year we would go to my maternal aunt's house to pay a visit. as usual, the place is always full of people, different faces every year. bcos some are my aunt's friends & the other relatives all have different looks bcos people changes. they said i changed too, wonder if it's a good or bad sign, haha.

baby was so shy & kept following me bcos he duno the ppl dere at all except my family, hee. we had our lunch dere & after not long, me & baby left to proceed to his 2nd uncle's hse. now my turn to be shy bcos i duno all of his relatives. but after some time, didnt felt that worst bcos i was playing with cynthia (baby's elder sister's daughter), she's so so adorable!!

baby ate some food dere den all e younger ones got into one of the bedrooms to have our own catching up. they started playing with kean & they had a 'fight'. cynthia joined in & e whole process were so damn funny! everyone rofl. in e end, even their parents got into a 'fight' with them too, daddy pushed mummy, mummy sat on daddy, kean helped daddy, cynthia stands at one side laughin. all of us were so stunned, duno whether to cry or laugh!

during evenin time, we both den cabbed down to david's house to 拜年, his friends were dere too. we all chatted and decided to go have dinner nearby since every1 was starving. many left after that, leaving me, baby, david & one of his frns. thus david brought us to his relative's hse to play blackjack. lol. i won i won! hee. ard 9pm, we went home to bathe & prepare poker cards & mahjong table as yu jie & joel are coming over to play mahjong. brother was back not long later. had a few games of blackjack den 4 of them played mahjong.

they were super high la, while i watched taiwanese variety show while surfing net. e whole thing ended ard 2am as some of them gotta work tmr, den brother treated us to some food since he won alot. back to sleep & we were all excited for tmr's activity!

p/s: happy 1 yr anniversary to baby & i. didnt think of this day to arrive but we achieved it, cheerios! (:

14th Feb 大年初一: a special day as everyone should knows, it's valentine's day cum cny cum friendship day. wow wow wow! fortunately my bday doesn't fall on this day or else it isn't that special anymore, haha.

woke up early in e morning so as to visit my grandparents. they stay at a fishing village nearby pulau ubin. it's similar to kelong, floating on the seas, very relaxing. baby's mother love these kinda places so we invited her along. dad drove us to changi jetty and we all took a ferry over to p. ubin. had halal food and my dad told us this shop is open when he's young until now. so after generations the shop still remains, it's a family business. & he started complimenting on their lotongs, kopi....

my grandpa den fetched us from ubin to his place. we started fishing dere after catching up a while. when my relatives arrive, my dad was laughing at us for catching nth for half an hour & even call us idiots, lol. & e very next moment i caught a pretty huge fish, my dad totally zipped his mouth. hee. grandma prepared lunch for us, its been so long since i last ate her food, so so delicious!

caught up with him & den we made a move to cathay cineplex for e movie 14 blades. a round of applause for e movie, it was excellent. Donnie Yen's acting is great as usual along with Vicki Zhao's outstanding emotional scenes. storyline was fascinating with many interesting characters. i would like to watch it over & over again if i have e time (:

aft that, intended to go to serene's hse to 拜年 but my bro was really ill, & tmr morning we gotta wake up early so too bad, gotta give it a miss. anyway enjoyed this special day, especially with no phone calls from my workplace, so distress, don't have to think that much bcos everytime when i think, headaches will kill me like there's no tmr. cheers everyone & enjoy gambling!

13th Feb 大年除夕: was totally very seh when i wake up. slept so late or should i say so early in e morning but gotta wake up a few hours later to find a salon that opens on this kinda day. u guys must be asking why i dont wna go earlier, no choice, got no time, today den off :(

fortunately, hairaxis is open til 5pm (last customer 3pm), i came ard 1pm. & fortunately the customer before me wants to do rebonding (but its impossible the stylist do it for her bcos they're all rushin back for reunion dinner), so i got a place in e salon, hee. did dark red than e usual blonde or brown to have a different look. & the stylist was really nice, so friendly & cheerful.

hastily rushed home to get prepared & went to baby's aunt's house. was so pai seh because it's all his relatives, fortunately i knew his mum & dad, & my bro tagged along too. if not im really very

next destination: my uncle's hse. every cny eve, we would go up to his hse for reunion dinner. that's when i can see all my families/relatives, if not we would seldom see each other for e whole yr. aft dinner, had a short game of blackjack den me, baby & my bro decided to cab down to cine for a movie. i asked my cousin lok xuan along too (:

baby ask raymond to meet us there. & we chose e movie true legend. still have some time b4 e movie begins, thus we walked ard & find our own entertainment. i even took neoprints with my cousin. it's been so long since i do this kinda thing so felt kinda weird, haa. but im very glad cos i seldom have photos wit my relatives.

alright talking abt e movie, e touching scenes of e movie are truly unforgettable. e young actor who plays Su's kid is simply brilliant and e way he cries for his father would easily bring tears in your eyes. overall, 5 stars/5 stars. i love it (:

1st feb (mon): this mrning really sucks for me. was actually having a meeting at j8 and oc but due to my fever last night, i didnt manage to wake up on time due to e drowsiness the medicine gave me. so melo ask me not to attend & rest well, thanks.

in e afternoon, went to dental & e dentist say it wasnt a wisdom tooth, its just too heat up, gotta drink mre water & eat less heaty food. den made my way to tm1 mtw to ask them to fax sth for me. den meet up baby, brandon & my bro & took train to bugis. they wanted to buy new yr clothes so i accompanied them. firstly each of them got quite a few very trendy 短裤. & guess wad, next they all bought 2 boxers each & cut price like there's no tmr, i was amazed, lol.

& of cos they got t-shirts & polo tees, baby & bro each got himself a leather canvas shoes, look really handsome. i bought a pair of gladiators for myself, love it (: den we went to iluma to jalan jalan. e lightings of e mall are really dazzling at night. had dinner dere too. while brandon went home to acc gf. dear bought new levis wallet, e design is pretty! den dear bought my fav famous amos cookies for bro & myself, so yummy! cab home after that. n realized all our family members got ourselves white shoes for cny, so coincident! anyway it was a great day except for my painful tooth. gd night~

11th jan: early in e morning collin came & fetch me & baby. kerry was on her way with maggie too. we went to woodlands industrial park to see their location they wna open e shop. we chatted about about horoscopes & know one another more well, interesting~

then we proceeded to many other locations to see see look look so as to make a firmer decision. in btw, baby guided collin to yishun & we both bought our new phones, finally. especially when my phone is in such bad condition! during evenin, we went to kerry's current house at jurong. taught them basic of blogging. during the process, mum called & told us she got mo-tan, n refused to rest, so furious! luckily managed to convince brother to bring her to consult a doc, hope she can get well soon.

bought belated xmas presents for terry & angie, hope they'll like it. maggie den drove us to teloh blangah to eat dear's rojak. it was awesome! never in my like did i eat such nice rojak b4, so addicted! they talked about work & den home after that. thank you uncle for all the treats!!

1st jan: coincidentally, me & baby's off day tgt. met ah mao & elton at mos burger of compass point for our lunch, we were starving for e whole morning to wait for this meal. hee. chatted & caught up abit.

after that, during evening time me & baby travelled to hougang to re-new his poh kim's membership & he bought the movie the days which he watched b4 alrdy but i didnt n was looking for it for a long time. nv watch it due to being occupied wit work, now finally get to watch, so excited!

so baby went my hse & we watched e whole movie. i like it very much, hardly got sg movie that caught my attention this much. i even watched all the previews, behind the story, introduction of all the performers. haha.

p/s: thanks for the promotion! nvr did i expect myself to stand in that position, & i don't think im able to carry all the jobs well. mixture of feelings, very confused....

30th dec: me & mummy cabbed down to big ben's place to have lunch. conveniently fetched my bro to work too. baby prepared such a big serving for the chicken cutlet that i ordered & the chicken chop mummy ordered. we were sooo full & yet he still specially prepared desserts for us. anyway thanks baby for e treat!

next, made our way to tamp 1 to find est q, mum made some kuehs for her to eat. both of them were like long lost sisters, so happy when they c each other. haa. went to ps to take some things den i meet up with wenhui to go sgh to find melody & serene. passed her e schedule that she needed & she gave me e xmas present she d.i.y herself. it was incredibly sweet. she slowly pasted & joined every little parts of it into a playground with me & her inside. so adorable, love it ^^

had dinner at hong kong cafe & cabbed down to big ben's again. this time round not for meal, but to help kerry to move house. from hougang to jurong, & it wasn't easy at all! all the big bags, cartons, furnitures, luggages, etc. they were all so heavy & never ending. the energy we used up are totally horrible! especially baby, collin & brandon, they volunteered to carry the cartons up & down, left & right, here & there. everyone were so exhausted & totally lack of water, so thirsty & tired. especially after a day of work, tough on you guys le!

28th dec (mon): coincidentally it was baby & my off day today. baby planned to bring me out, so happy~ we cabbed down to bukit merah for a visit at thai temple since its been so long we did not go dere. den naughty baby insists we take cab again & this time round to orchard central to look for his gan-ma & gan-pa at primitive ink.

there was this new tattoo artist so they introduced him to baby. & we all chatted. went to oc's mtw a while to pass them some stuffs & den jalan jalan ard new 313 shopping mall, nth much dere. baby got himself e dvd "saving private ryan" at hmv, he was overjoyed! den back to oc for mango tart at fruit paradise. & back to find his gan-parents for puffs & we left. baby wna hav a slice of cake at tcc but i stopped him, he've been eating alot since morning, duno why he so high today, lol.

finally persuaded him to take a bus down to katong ktv, before that we had dinner dere, sang one hour & he insisted to leave, cabbing down to sim lim square to buy e woofer he craved for. & he now wanted to eat burger king, LAUGH OUT LOUD! ok i accompanied him since he seldom has such big appetite. on our way home, i felt so uncomfortable. probably too full & i've car-sick dats y ended up vomitting when i got down from cab. its been decades i vomit, so im quite surprised.

everything went smooth today, except for e vomit part, minus minus point!! anyway thanks for making me felt so relax today, if not in my mind is only work woRK & WORK! insane already, dream also dream of it -.-"

25th dec: merry xmas to all ppl out dere! u guys mus be enjoying outside rite? guess wad? i wish i can do so too but today my mum requested everyone to stay at home & paint our house. as u shd know, painting requires moving of furniture ard. so while we paint, i conveniently re-packed my room. threw whatever i can, my bro did tt too. brandon was here to help us, it was quite fun but definitely tiring more than fun.

all these occupied my time til evening. me & baby den prepared & made our way to amk to hav steamboat wit his family. laughter were heard thru'out eating, probably too long never catch up alrdy, thus everybody got so much to say. cynthia was so adorable, so we kept playing wit her.

ard 10+ we separated, me & baby went to get sneak preview movie tix of the treasure hunters from amk cathay, & find things to do til 12am when e movie begins. the obviously derivative elements in "Treasure Hunter" won't find too much support among more discerning adventure movie fans. the hybrid production set combines worlds that are both ancient and modern, so the movie can be very unsettling at times. still no fan of Chou's will give this a miss and his star appeal will be enough to elevate this to some level of box office success.

cabbed home after that, felt so exhausted aft watching, probably its below my expectations, i think storm warriors 2 is much fascinating!

24th dec - 25th dec: xmas eve, such a joyful day! it marks the end of crazy madness days with long queue of presents to wrap & late midnight shift everyday! but we enjoyed e process, bcos its once in a year! we did exchange xmas presents & wishes everyone merry xmas on 12am sharp.

15th dec: after work cabbed down to bishan for prawning agn, this time round we were more skilful, hah. newcomers, charmaine & mark besides me, baby & brandon.

we caught more prawns than ytd, good catch! all these we planned to bring home for my mum to cook, teehee. such a pity that i couldnt eat ): after tt went for supper cos we were all hungry! home sweet home afterwards...

14th dec: baby's gan-ma & gan-pa came to fetch me at ps after wrk, brandon was there too. we decided to go prawning at bishan, this is my 1st time!

it was a fun & exciting process, especially wen you caught it, e sense of satisfaction was great! although im allergic to eating prawns, but catching it isnt boring at all. & the place was really chilling, so de-stress & relaxing, as if we were overseas.

will like to come here again if possible, like e ambience ^^

9th dec: coincidentally, it was est tan, melody, serene & my off day. so we decided to go chill out b4 xmas madness arrives. we reserved a table at big ben's place & is going over for dinner in e evening. thus b4 that, we decided to go shop ard at century square b4 our show 风云2 starts. walked pass popeye restaurant & we dropped by to have some drinks & chats. its been long since 4 of us can go out tgt, bcos usually we cant hav e same off day.

& there we go, 风云2 starts casting. i was so attractive by their theme song. totally action-packed especially the part where Cloud and Wind joined forces to defeat the Lord Lord Godless. the story flows pretty well although e ending was not a complete one, probably there 风云3. strongly recommended production by the Pang brothers.

after that, serene drove us to the big ben's place. they were surprise of the peaceful & comfortable ambience it has. e meal was on kerry, thanks alot. & dear specially prepared side dishes that we did not order, such as calamari rings & fried potatoes, e tiramisu was awesome too! everyone find it a sumptous meal! all thanks to e crew at big ben's. satisfaction guaranteed!

8th dec: although it's my off day, but back to workplace & helped out for quite some time. den serene came to fetch me & est tan to sky bar. melody was in e car alrdy. later, kerry & 5 of her staffs joined us after their wrk. dear was part of dem too. they brighten up everybody & were in high spirits, making everyone laugh.

7th dec (mon): cabbed down to orchard central to look my dear's gan ma & pa. we came to know abt e indian who is bullying mother. however, wen we rched dere, he never ever step into e shop, & acted so humbly. i detest ppl wit 2-sided face.

later dear went to oc's mtw & got gan-ma hello kitty biscuits as xmas gift, i wrapped nicely for her (: had mos burger, bought a burger hp strap for mother since she likes it so much, & proceeded to ps for wrk, while baby & brandon joined his colleagues for prawning.

28th nov (sun): so glad, off day again. me & my bro hav already planned to go sg expo! he wana go IT fair to visit our relative there wrking, while i've got free tix to the fabulous kitty lab (all thanks to e passer-by at central cq), so why would i not go? hees.

upon reachin dere, we were really stunned, so crowded man, as if there were some hot idols. we were given a map, one hk landyard, one KTA (that looks like a lantern). we got a mission to complete so that we can get out of the experimental city. we gotta accompany KTA when accessing various buildings to record data thru e nurturing project, & e bad thing is, no phototaking dere, so sad!

it was raining, wna give jean & jack a surprise so we specially went down to their tattoo studio at orchard central & they were totally stunned. chatted & saw e process of baby piercin another ear hole, it was so hilarious bcos jean was sooo nervous! e piercing needle was pierced halfway & stucked dere until jack came to help out, haha.

8th nov (sun): ordered banana choco cake at secret recipe for chen ling however when i & ah tan went to collect it, they missed my order & gotta replace another cake for me. so angry la! anyway the guy has got really good service so our heart melts, if not we'll sure make a big thing out of it.

beginning of nov: an early celebration for daddy. but b4 dad comes back from work, me, dear & bro went to hougang. both guys went for a hair cut & after that my bro went to look for his frens a while. before stepping into phoon huat, we decided to smoke. & we naturally dropped our cig buds on e ground.

next moment, NEA officer came & took down our ic, giving each of us a $300 fine. & guess what, i saw an old man throwing his cig bud right infront of me, & the way his throw is as if he's e minister. i argued wit e officer & e officer kept saying he did not see so can't catch, damn! spoilt both of our mood.

16th Oct (fri): other than those very serious menstrual cramps i have got years ago, this backache tonight really got me insane! i struggled ard e bed as if worms are crawling all over me & time passes like decades. after this lesson, i promise myself to take good care of my body & always have a second thought abt my health whenever i wana do sth.

SORRY RACHEL, i've hurt you terribly. i will drink plenty of water (inclusive of herbal tea), less cold drinks, more veggies & fruits, more rest at home, no over-tiring of myself, etc.

5th oct (mon): cabbed down to cw & mit wenhui ard 5:30pm. went to 店小二 to collect e roasted duck that looks really delicious. or isit bcos we're too hungry? haha. den made our way to melody's house. helped her & liangting to do 水饺, quite a tough job but very fun.

29th sep (tues): went to orchard central in e morning to learn how to use e new nets machine. wenhui, serene, jas, yin wah, ah tan, suki & jo were there to. had ya kun kaya toast meal while waitin for e trainer to come. after dat, melody came to work & chit-chat wit her for quite some time. i den went to cine to settle some stuffs to made a move to amk to look for serene & hui.

had my lunch at new york new york & went to catch e movie accident. what i loved most were e acting of all e performers in e movie. however, shall we say our expectations were too high or what? the trailer looks so yummy but everyone was yawning away throughout the 1.5 hr show. very slow development. so i dun suggest u guys to watch it, if u really want to, by a dvd, dont waste money.

aft that cabbed home to rest, was having headache again. hates it.

27th sep (sun): today is Big Ben's Place's grand opening. the shop invited many customers & friends for a buffet & it wasnt open for business. baby say many millionaires are dere bcos his big boss is one too, nvr judge a book by its cover. i asked yujie to come along wit me, cabbed down oh.

21st Sep: early in e morning went for breakfast at a hawker centre nearby. den went back to get our luggages & made our way to Ipoh's 霹雳洞. it was so high up, and there are many goddess inside e cave, so magnificient! we climbed up e cave to e nature forest, but didnt went up to e tip-top, cos we're too exhausted! only my dad & bro managed to do so.

20th sep (sun): had our hotel breakfast, not much variety for us to choose from. after bathing & changing, we packed our luggage & off to our bus. johnny drove us to have chendol & then to a jetty where a no of huge ships are placed dere. we drove onto it & e ship brought us to another part of penang. after a hour plus of journey, we finally reached our next destination, taiping.

1st place we went is the place where they produce charcoals. it was so stuffy, & e workers dere wore very thick clothes. i wonder how they survive, hah. next stop is a factory that produces very delicious piahs, & we're allowed to try the freshly made kaya ones, yummy! den we went to our hotel, this one feels more comfortable.

had our lunch at a nearby restaurant & johnny brought us to a hawker centre. we're supposed to come here to eat 烧肉 but e woman was late for an hour, asshole. however aft eating the meat u'll feel that it's worth e waiting, hah. me, baby & bro demanded we hav a long shopping duration & yes! e tour guide agreed to dropped us at tesco shopping mall, aft 3 hours he will come back & fetch us while he bring e other passengers to see 山猪.

upon goin in, my bro already aimed a backpack & bought it immediately. i got myself a pyjamas & insisted on paying baby's leather belt, hee. baby wanted to buy couple rings but luckily dont hav e design he like if not he's gonna waste $ agn. came into dis gift shop & got mugs for sam & dear's mama. & proceeded to e neighbouring mall, den we realized tis mall got more things to buy, damn! baby got himself 2 tees & a classic lighter, & i did express pedicure cos time's super limited! ard 7pm they came back to fetch us, & we're on our way to eat seafood.

e restaurant was so crowded bcos it was hari raya, we had anchor beers & tea & waited for our food to be served for 1 hour but they actually served e table dat came later than us, all of us were so angry! e tour guide suggested to leave so we all left w/o wanting to pay, haha! it was so fun cos we didnt expect to do this in msia, but they leave us wit no choice. so went to a restaurant nearby our hotel to hav our so called dinner.

aft that, we were all sent back to our hotel. as usual, me, baby & i would go to 7-11 to get some titbits & drinks & there goes our night. watched entertainment show till we're really exhausted & den we decided to sleep, good night dudes! (to be continued)

19th sep (sat): finally reached our destination: PENANG! we didnt go to our hotel straight, johnny brought us to a place that looks like mini bugis street & ordered very traditional porriage for our breakfast. not forgetting 油条 to go wit e porriage, i can tel u e porriage there tastes 3 times better than sg's ones, marvellous!

walked ard e street & my mom got herself some pretty slippers. & guess wad? johnny drove us to another place that sells famous penang laksa, but we're so damn full! so we did not eat much, but anyway e laksa is quite special, taste is very different from sg one, can try!

next, we made our way to a chinese temple & met a fortune teller. we can tell u she's 90% accurate. she say that if i were a man, i will be a great businessman. i love to think of ways to earn more money & have many business ideas. but it wil be a disadvantage for me bcos im a lady, i can't be as fierce like a man. she oso mentioned im a stubborn person, & if i cannot tahan anything, i wil say out straight. & i have a kind heart, wont do anything bad to anybody.

baby also joined. she was being told that no matter how hard he work, his colleagues will still pick on him bcos they're jealous. so he gotta work really hard & don't care about his colleagues' comments & he will get a gd place. also, he is 嘴硬心软. he may show that he won't care abt u anymore or he's angry, but actually in his heart he will still concern abt u & that he has alrdy forgiven u. wow, jus by reading poker cards e fortune teller can tell so much, so unbelievable!

back to hotel, bathed & changed & got ready to go for our lunch. we ate hand-made fishballs & some special dishes. most importantly, their ice milo is so nice, hah! went to many temples too, thai, chinese, vietnamese, etc. there was a temple located high on hill & from there u can see a very beautiful view of penang. dined at a restaurant & e service was so bad, we felt like we are e waitresses & they're e customers bcos we're so much more polite than them, oh my! we oso dropped down somewhere to get the well-known 豆沙饼, bought for serene, wenhui, est quek & ah tan. passed by penang beach, felt so refresh, 一望无际, no flats no buildings, total relaxation!

at night aft dinner, the tour guide came to fetch us & there we go, heard from serene dat it will be approximately 10 hours journey so it was kinda frightening to me. when it was ard 3-4am, e driver(johnny) told us there was terrible jams cos too many vehicles are going into msia. i tot maybe it would take ard one hour but ended up taking 3 hours to free ourselves from the jam. johnny oso mentioned actually we only need 8 hrs to reach penang but all thanks to the jam, we travelled 11 hrs! our buttocks are hurting! little did i fall asleep cos i wasnt feeling very comfortable. i rmbed passing by kl, genting, cameron highlands, ipoh, etc. we stopped somewher upon rchin penang for an early breakfast but not much appetite. all thanks to the vcds that make my hell journey shorter... The actual big day of mine

13th SEP: the one & only day in every 365 days finally came. felt so afresh upon waking up. open e door & everyone treated me like a queen, how cool can it be. craved goin to bugis for months but no time was squeezed out due to busy schedule. so first place me, baby & bro went was bugis. we prayed at guan yin temple & jalan jalan ard bugis st. what we wanted werent found, thus made our way to iluma, e new shopping mall.

the mall were very beautiful, cant imagine when night comes, the lightings should be very romantic! but not much shops in e mall, more of entertainment. proceeded to a bday must-do, take neoprints! this is e 1st time 3 of us took neoprints tgt.

when it comes to evening time, we travelled to katong & met our parents. dined at hanabi japanese dining restaurant, a treat from my parents. many hilarious things hpned, rofl. the food was satisfying, everyone should try. next, ktv session wit my family. felt a bit weird cos singing wit my parents & with my baby. all felt a lil awkward, but we managed to overcome it aft some time. cake that my bro bought was brought in ard 10pm, e feeling was awesome when they sang bday song to me, felt so fortunate!

ard 11pm, my parents went home & we continue singing. this time round we felt more like us cos e uneasy feeling is gone, haha. all e way til 1am then we decided to go home. my big day has passed, but its ok, will be awaiting for my next big day 365 days later. cant wait for e penang trip to arrive (a present from my dad as part of bday's gift, very touched, ty!) once agn, happy bday to myself! ^^

12th sep: went to orchard central in e afternoon to settle some stuffs wit my colleagues. den proceeded to mit sam nearby. sam surprised me by buying movie tix that i aint aware at all & in e end we gotta sell them out cos emily is joinin us. so we went to hav our dinner at billy bombers while waitin for sister em.

while eating, sister sam passed me bday present, & requested me to open it. i was totally wow after i catch a glimpse of what it is. she got me a stainless steel miss sixty bracelet from citigems. very beautiful crystal heart & totally my style, ty sis! & not forgetting the sweetest card she did (:

10th sep (thurs): after work tonight, it's an advance celebration of my bday at melody's house. b4 going up, me, serene & wenhui went to nearby hawker centre to get lotsa food up for everyone to eat, & definitely some drinks to come along, it's all on my treat (:

im glad to see so many pp in her house, that includes melody, san, esther quek, ah tan, xiao bo, hua peng, guo cui, ling ling, chen lin & liang ting. while eating, suddenly the light was off & a number of them popped out wit a bday cake with fire poppers to join in the fun, not forgetting the extremely cheerful bday song! i was totally melted, thanks for the efforts guys!

22nd aug: finally got to mit up sister sam & stella.greeattt! cabbed down to tamp & accompanied dem for lunch @ sakae sushi. i did not eat cos i've alrdy eaten. den we made our way to orchard central. i bought sandals & sam bought heels from dere. we were all super frustrated by the angmohs whom split saliva all e way down frm lvl 5 to ground floor. very inconsiderate.

took neoprints at cine as memories saving & walked to cuppage's starbucks to hav some drinks & chill. baby went for ippt today, miss him. during evening time, we got back to tamp & stella's bf joined us. we had dinner at swensens, my fav dining restaurant ;) everytime when i get a chance to dine at swensens, i'll be very excited cos i don always hav free time to go dere. stella & terry den left ard 20 mins ltr cos they're catchin a show, while me & sam had some chit-chat sessions. aft that separated wit her & went to mit baby.

8th Aug: during work, received a sms from cheryl saying that our dearest friend ShengYao has passed away due to being hit by train. I was totally stunned, & could not accept the fact at all. aft wrk, saw the news on chinese newspapers & got a clearer picture of e situation. my heart sank, im sure my ex classmates too.

Shengyao was my poly's year one's classmate. although we've never really been contacting after i quitted sch but he and my other ex classmates will still come & visit me when im wrking at cineleisure. he was such a bubbly guy, always so joyful & brightens up everyone's day. not forgetting his helpful side, never ever say no to people. very well-mannered too, vulgarities are no-no in his world. where on earth can u find such a nice person???
2 years back, Shengyao & my faci (it was our last day of Year 1)
9th Aug: met up wit my year one's frens & facilitators & went to Mandai Crematorium for the process of incinerating Shengyao's body. baby & bro accompanied me. even though it was a hot sunny day but everyone is in a very blue mood. during chats, we're very sure it wasnt a suicide, 100% confirmed it's an accident. just felt that life is so fragile, this moment u're happily doing something & the next moment you're being announced dead. yes the world is very unfair, why must good man dies so early & yet bad guys always survive, bullshit.

durin the ceremony, everyone was weeping terribly, i admit i did too. the whole atmosphere was so heartbreaking. looking at Shengyao's pic made me think of the happy memories we all had in W24C. such a tragic, felt extremely sorry for his family to lose their precious son. they must hav felt much more depressing than us.

3rd Aug: we called kaikai's dad to ask him permission to allow him to skip sch so that we can bring him out, & they're fine with it. sooo... great! me, baby & mummy den brought kaikai & michelle to kovan for breakfast & we did some shopping too. kai was very cheeky, at times we could not take it & yelled at him bcos he kept running ard. but at times he's just so adorable, & melted our hearts. hehe..

Recently caught 2 movies that i simply cant resist at the theatres...

Firstly, the very famous "Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen". It has spanned beyond the limits of awesomeness into a great divide between reality and fantasy in the art of modern filmmaking. Director Michael Bay stretches the sequel to the first Transformers movie to double up in terms of every little...and large things that are available within the movie to please new and old Transformers fans in every way possible. He succeeded. My ratings would definitely be 5/5 stars, instead of thumbs up, all hangs & legs up!!

Next cool pick would be Obsessed, starring my fav Beyonce Knowles. Not the ultimate suspense thriller film, but it does engage your attention at least. 4/5 stars for this (:

after celebrating so many ppl's bday, finally its my baby's big day. few days ago, me, my bro & my mum surprised him wit a bday cake early in e mrning, could tel he was really touched (:

as for e exact day, me & baby went to white sands to buy slippers & we took our first neo-prints nearing noon. den we headed to tamp for our lunch, & did some shoppin. suddenly rains during late evenin & we hastily took a cab home.

me, boon, my bro & baby den cabbed down to bishan to wait for others to join us. after some time, sam, junqi, weixiang were there le. we hurried down to retro cafe where baby made a reservation for his frns & families to celebrate his bday. so paiseh, cos my family & dear's family all arrived alrdy. & we immediately ask dem to start serving e food. enghan, jianglong & jie hua joined soon after.

next stop, honeys pub without our families, mre freedom were gained. liyin were wrking there, so long never see her le (: later 4 of dear's friends joined. drinking, games of pool, k-songs & smoking as usual. everyone got so high after time. im glad to be spending time wit my bro, my baby & my best frn. e dancing of some of e dudes were really hilarious but definitely brighten our nights, especially e song nobody, haa. & we're definitely impressed wit boon's long breath singing too. after martell, we ordered towers of beer & den some special liquors to drink.

5th july: went to my grandparents hse at p. ubin to do cleaning. at there, memories kept flashin in my mind, reminding me of my childhood's joyful times. e guys always play wrestling & i'll be the referee (haha), all of us crave for ice-cream after meals, cycling ard e forests to find a chance to see eagles & i remembered clearly once i cycled alone but the brake was not behaving & i found myself ended up banging the nearby lorry. it was so painful but definitely funny!

since my grandmother passed away, we seldom drop by alrdy. & therefore the house has become so quiet, so remote. anyway i miss my grandmother, i'll never forget the day she leaves this world, so sudden, so saddening....

18th April (sat): during evenin time, me & baby went to tamp to mit sam & stella. actually wanted to go to tamp 1 but it was so crowded, thus we took off e idea. suddenly sam & stella decided to go town, but baby do not want. thus he went to mit elton at hougang while 3 of us proceeded to cineleisure.

had dinner at pastamania, indeed very full. had some girls' talk beside gloria jeans. its been so long since we 3 meet up tgt, kinda miss e past. ard 10 plus, we accompanied stella back to tamp & den both of us went back to my place. baby & el rided back from seletar damp, 4 of us sat at e void deck & chit-chat. seeing sam drink makes me really tempted but i aint allowed to, next time probably.

17th April: had meeting with colleagues early in e mrning. wenhui came in e afternoon & we went to hav lunch at hk cafe wit him & serene. e mall was so cold & deserted, so unlike e past.

during evening time, we went to tpy to help melody to sell her phone. saw boss's dad at tpy outlet. had a hilarious chat & we realized we gotta rush back to cine cos our show's starting. so we hastily cabbed back & caught e show 17 again.

its definitely funny if you don't think of e plot as it will be kinda unbelivable. overall, 4.5/5. after tat, had a heart-to-heart talk to esther, hope she understand wad i mean & can perform excellence during wrk, jia you!! next stop, plaza sing. accompanied melody dere.

6th April (mon): e moment i wake up, i felt uneasiness in me. cos i knew sth is gonna hpn dis afternoon. whatever it is, baby & i still got things undone. went to yishun for his job interview & had breakfast over dere.

we wanted blessings for ourselves cos dere r too many unlucky things happenin recently, thus we travel to a thai temple nearby town to pray. not long after, we moved on to e guan yin temple at bugis to ask for blessings. fortune teller says luck isnt wit baby whereas mine is just so-so. sincerely hope things will turn out to be good soon. all e best to us.

heavy rain poured & thunder stroke. bought an umbrella & made our way to ps for e talk. it turned out to be a really bad one, worse than what i expected. this may or may not affect me & baby's relationship, which i really hope it won't affect. but if things continue to be like this, me & baby wont have any way out, really.

anyway don't wish to talk abt it le. i just hope god will help us this time round, thank you.

5th April (sun): special day~ why? bcos im going to msia wit 2 of my loved ones: baby & sister sammy (: met up at woodlands & set our way to jb. waited for baby's sister to come & find us since she stay nearby, upon her arrival, her in-laws drove us to e newly opened jusco shopping mall. we had our lunch dere & did some shopping.

bought some local products for my family, a pair of slippers for myself, some cute bottles for baby & melody. e feeling was rather refreshin cos i nvr go overseas wit any of my bfs before & not to even mention sam! so it was rather an excited journey!

yes, my fringe is getting longer & longer! sick & tired of goin to salon every fortnight to cut my V fringe cos it grows faster & faster!

cabbed back to custom & made our way back to our homeland. some things made baby really unhappy, & yet he has been swallowing it since e day we're tgt. 委屈你了, 对不起! later @ bus some misunderstandings caused us to quarrel, & things got really out of control. he was so rash tt he wanted to do sth serious, tried my best to stop but couldnt. & melody called at e same time. both sides made me really helpless. was lost & made my way to one of e blocks' void deck.

jus wna cool down, smoke & think of e things that've be done & said, & what should i do? moments ltr, brandon, charmaine & baby found me. & we had a heart-to-heart talk. final solution: baby & i decided to hav a talk wit melody tmr afternoon. if im not worried im definitely lying. just hope everything will turn out smoothly, although my mind knows what's probably gonna hpn.

anyway thanks baby for e understanding & patience all these while. i know if its me i will surely break down le, but baby still can stay strong & kept things to himself without throwing out. i really appreciate it, thank you very much!!

1st of April: coincidentally, had meeting early in e morning at cine even thou its my off day. my team is delighted tt once agn we did e best during e presentation, good job ppl (: after that went back to shop to wait for e newcomers, was prepared to giv them training. however none came, thus i left to ps to mit baby for a puff.

baby seems to have problems ahead of him, thus he went to settle while i went to hav lunch wit wenhui. raymond called urgently, & i hastily rushed back to mit him, jianhua & baby. while smking, my dear mum called & asked them to come up for dinner, lol. it was so insane but they actually agreed to come up, so pai seh la. all of us helped my mum to baby-sit e babies while my mum could actually concentrate on her cookin, free labour.

evenin time, we cabbed down to geylang for dinner. & had a trip ard there to see the 鸡s. they look very frustrated when they see guys holding girls' hand, cos they know they'll lose a chance of getting hold of e guy. disgusted. cabbed home aft tt, & ended my april fool trick wit sam. it was a long one & sam got really furious cos she trusted me all along. she say my acting skills are incredible, hah. anyway sorry it was all jokes, im just doing it for revenge. lol. but hope u don get angry, happy april's fool sis! & of cos to everybody out there, hav an enjoyable one~

kbox session @ cine, bought famous amos cookies for baby. ard 10 plus, sam took a bus home as she still got work e next mrning while i went to the cathay to wait for baby to finish work. e bad news is at e eleventh hour, there is a group of 6 dining in. thus extended their dismissal time to 12am. so silly me sat there from 10+ to midnight, tot i will go bonkers but luckily i've done my cards for melody & baby, while listening to music, & time flies (:

was supposed to talk to this gal name hui jia as she's pestering baby, but her dismissal time was even later, thus cancelled e plan & acc baby & his frns to get supper. cabbed home afterwards. & surprised baby wit e cookies & card, hope he enjoy them ^^

Malacca's trip: Day 1

17th of March: wasnt in a holiday mood, but still, cabbed down to amk to fetch san & melo & we proceeded to concorde hotel to meet the remainin 5 ppl. had some bread before e long coach trip.

during the long journey, my dear esther provided us with lotsa diff snacks, & all of us joked like there's no tmr. haha. ard 4 hours later, we've reached our destination, Malacca. i was not really that excited bcos seriously nth there attract me much. however, Ferris Wheel at my left hand side caught my eyes, e only thing tt interest me i guess. Welcome~

After checkin in to Hotel Equatorial, we rest a while & there we go! we wanted to have our lunch at a Nyonya restaurant but upon reachin there den we realized its full house. thus plan changed, we walked to a nearby decent restaurant & had their well-known chicken rice balls. their chicken rice definitely tasted differently from sg.

san; melo. although we cant go in, we use e place as shooting scene =P
unfortunately, wenhui vomited aft e meal & melody started to hav stomachache. when they got better, we visited Baba Nyonya Heritage Museum. Was really impressed by the culture, their costumes are amazing. bought a really cute Nyonya hp holder. melody & bro went back to hotel due to their sickness, thus leavin the 6 of us. we walked down e streets, & i saw shinchan nail clipper, bought it w/o 2nd thought for baby. came across this accessories shop, bought earrings for myself & sam, & not forgeting door signs for upcoming new outlet.

headed to desert house, purchased some local products for my family & baby's mum while enjoying their in-house chendol & honey drink, totally refreshing~ walked to the famous Christian Church & passed by a no. of very well-structured buildings. felt no stress, no tall buildings, no high flats, only traditional & cultural buildings.

during evening time, i suggested serene to bring us to e Ferris Wheel. all came along except for san & melo. but only me, wenhui & serene took e ride, the others chose to enjoy french fries, lol. we caught e wonderful view of sunset, it was totally gorgeous! other than tt, we didnt really enjoy it as there was unbearable smell, serene even beaten a mosquito e moment we came in, blood splashed, so disgusting! we couldnt wait for e ride to end, lol.

we decided to walk back to shopping malls, & we realized there's this biker keep riding the same round. & his cunning look gave us a bad instinct. serene den ask those with hand bags to walk towards e inside & silly esther & her daughter picked up many stones just in case the man come, we could throw it at him. haha.

fortunately, nth happen in e end. bought a side bag for myself & a few local products for my family. melody & san joined us aft tt for dinner at e chinese restaurant. food was pretty well served.

bck to hotel & we were really exhausted aft so much walking. good night everyone, looking forward to shoppin e next day!

Malacca's trip: Day 2

18th: morning everybody!! all of us went to hav hotel's breakfast, we are EQ Club's members thus we could enjoy our breakfast at a private place, however e food sucks! back to our room & esther's daughter found out e coke tt she took last night from e hotel's fridge has expired. we complained to the hotel & they initially didnt want to take e blame. after some reasonings, e person-in-charge of e beverages decided to give us a free sumptous lunch & begged us not to pursue e matter, if not he'll lose his job.

out of sympathy, we forgave him & warned him not to repeat such mistake again. due to this matter, our shopping trip is reduced to one hour, trishaws ride, visiting of museums & a spinning ride is all cancelled too )= nvm, take it as a experience. F.O.S: we spent an hour dere getting lotsa apparels. i got 6, 1 for baby, 1 for daddy, 1 for sam, others for myself.

boarded e coach at ard 4:30pm & we set off to sg. although many things happened but i stil enjoyed e trip somehow. at least i get to see many cultural materials tt cant be seen in sg. arrived at concorde hotel & had our dinner at e japanese eating place. cabbed home aft tt. i guess my family cant wait to see what i've got for them. =') & i miss my baby & frens too!

next stop, lot 1. accompanied wenhui for lunch & bought a tee for bro & a dress for xiao cui for bday gifts. got myself a black dress too, love it~ headed to town aft tt. met my dear sammy & its rainin, spoil mood. we shopped ard far east & celestina joined halfway. we accompanied her for hair extension, seems like a fun process. baby came durin evenin time & all of us went to hav dinner at a well-known desert house.

getting late le, sam took a bus home, celest went to look for her frns while me & baby went back to cine to collect my items. den we moved on to find elton at his wrkplace but he's bz thus we decided to make our way back. pass baby e container & im glad he like it. baby pls rmb to eat them slowly or else don blame me for makin u a diabetic =P

tmr im leavin for malacca trip, & i cant believe i actually drop tears in front of my baby. 好丢脸oh! anyway i will miss him & everybody, although its only 2 days 1 night but it seems sooo long to me ):

11th march (wed): finally get to catch e movie Marley And Me wit sam at tamp mall. & we definitely enjoy it! one good movie that anyone, young or old should catch. it not only emphasizes on the different needs of individual at different stages of life, but also educates alot on responsibilties. dogs are really Man's best friend! especially when its master is sad, the dog will always be there for them. thumbs up!

we made a move to amk later. went to get some stuffs & den separated, sam went back to tamp while baby came to meet me. another movie session, this time round is Push. i must say i do not enjoy it, sorry. yup although its full of surprises, but i almost fell asleep in many parts of e movie. not my cup of tea~ home sweet home after tt. & my silly baby is thinkin too much, hope he can relax & stop thinkin that much, loves.

8/o3 (sun): baby accompanied me to tamp, until sammy came, den he made his way to woodlands. sam & i den had our so call dinner at swensens, & we chatted as usual. den i went for rebonding & treatment while sam went for manicure. stella & her bf came to chat wit us a while, its been centuries since i last seen her, hehe.

ard ten pm, baby came & we accompanied sam to wait for her bus. time really flies, a day is spent in a blink of eyes. baby & i wanted to catch a movie but none of them at tamp mall seems appealing. thus we decided to go look for his frn raymond at pasir ris. had drinks, smoking sessions & some chats & we headed home.
baby did this wen we reached home, there is actually glow in e dark sand & it's magnificent in darkness, like a glowing hourglass. thanks baby for e efforts (:

headed to town to mit baby. had dinner at hk cafe & watched e show "Kung Fu Chefs" right aft tt. for those who are still wondering what's on the menu, "Kung Fu Chefs" is a combination of what general audiences like to see. in short, it has everything under one roof - great presentation of food, action, and of course, comedy.

next stop, yishun. baby's friends joined & a total of 6 of us went to party world for singing session. many hilarious moments, made me laugh uncontrollably, hah. later went for supper & cabbed home aft that. long day but do enjoy it, thank u baby for everything (:

26th feb (thurs): baby & brandon waited for me at my void deck. it was rainin cats & dogs, so inconvenient to go anywher. we cabbed down to geylang to do some stuffs, & separated wit brandon after that. once again, took a cab down to vivo city, e ambience of e mall felt like it's closing down, hah. so cold & deserted.

aft getting baby's fav jellybeans, we went to catch e movie "Valkyrie". don't be fooled by the thought that "Valkyrie" is an action packed movie. the Tunisia battle would be e only battle scene that is worth the action. watch this if you are in love with Tom Cruise or if you love anything that is World War II-related.

dinner time at outram park! baby brought me to a shop dat sells reali gd porriage, but didnt eat much cos not much appetite. duno wher to go aft tt, we wanted to go sing k but not in e singin mood, & its gettin late, not much places to go. thus we cabbed back to punggol, find a decent place & hav chit-chat session. thats about it! bounced off~

it was stella's last yr bday gift frm me, but now den she receive it cos we didnt hav a chance to mit. oh my! anyway glad she like it, cheerios~
